Kilnframe runs on your computer. It has no accounts and collects no usage data. Your audio and video files never leave your computer: speech is recognised and animations are rendered locally.
The AI you choose. To write an animation, Kilnframe sends the transcript of the range, the style description and, when you allow it, a few frames of the footage and the images you add, to the AI you connected: an agent you signed in to yourself (Claude Code, Codex, Grok CLI), a provider whose API key you entered, or a model on your own computer. That provider handles the data under its own terms. Music, voices and images are made by the provider you chose for them, the same way.
Your keys. API keys are kept in your system's keychain (macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager), never in a file or a log, and are sent only to their own provider.
Downloads and updates. On first use Kilnframe downloads its speech model from Hugging Face and, for reading text in images, language data from GitHub. The installer version checks GitHub Releases for updates; the Microsoft Store version is updated by the Store.
Reports. Nothing is sent when something goes wrong. If you choose Report This Error or send feedback, the form on this site sends what you wrote, the versions and, if you add it, your email address. Feedback is delivered by Web3Forms.
This site. kilnframe.com counts visits with GoatCounter, without cookies. The optional email list is run by Kit; you can leave it from any email.

Kilnframe neyi nereye gönderir
Kilnframe bilgisayarınızda çalışır. Hesap yoktur, kullanım verisi toplanmaz. Ses ve video dosyalarınız bilgisayarınızdan çıkmaz: konuşma tanıma ve render bilgisayarınızda yapılır.
Seçtiğiniz yapay zeka. Animasyonu yazmak için Kilnframe aralığın transkriptini, stil tarifini ve izin verdiğinizde görüntüden birkaç kare ile eklediğiniz görselleri bağladığınız yapay zekaya gönderir: kendi hesabınızla giriş yaptığınız bir ajan (Claude Code, Codex, Grok CLI), API anahtarını girdiğiniz bir sağlayıcı ya da kendi bilgisayarınızdaki bir model. Bu veriler o sağlayıcının kendi koşullarına tabidir. Müzik, seslendirme ve görseller de onlar için seçtiğiniz sağlayıcıda aynı şekilde üretilir.
Anahtarlarınız. API anahtarları sisteminizin anahtar zincirinde (macOS Anahtar Zinciri, Windows Kimlik Bilgisi Yöneticisi) saklanır, hiçbir dosyaya ya da günlüğe yazılmaz ve yalnızca kendi sağlayıcısına gönderilir.
İndirmeler ve güncellemeler. Kilnframe ilk kullanımda konuşma modelini Hugging Face'ten, görsellerdeki yazıyı okumak için dil verisini GitHub'dan indirir. Kurulum dosyasıyla kurulan sürüm güncellemeleri GitHub Releases'tan kontrol eder, Microsoft Store sürümünü Store günceller.
